Dean is part of the third generation to continue the RYJ tradition. He joined the company in 2003 and has contributed to all construction phases including estimating, scheduling, document coordination and project management.  

With brother Dean, Mark is the third generation to continue the RYJ tradition. An accomplished carpenter, Mark’s responsibilities include subcontractor coordination, scheduling, quality control, safety, closeout,  and owner liaison. 

Don joined Richard Y. Johnson & Son, Inc. in 1999, after 20 years as a residential and commercial general contractor.  As chief estimator, he is responsible for project stability from beginning to end, also scheduling labor force and material sequencing.

Brad joined Richard Y. Johnson & Son, Inc. in 2015. He has been in the construction industry for over 40 years with experience ranging from Laborer, Estimator, Project Manager, Sr. Project Manager to his current position as Vice President of Operations. Brad brings leadership and experience at all levels of construction.

Tony joined Richard Y. Johnson & Son, Inc. in 2011. Tony's experience includes overseeing all phases of projects for government and private sector clients, including some of the largest public building projects in the State of Delaware. Tony’s architectural background has given him experience and knowledge of the State of Delaware bidding requirements and building codes in all three counties.

Jesse has been with Richard Y. Johnson & Son, Inc. since 2008. He is experienced as a site engineer and provides vast knowledge of site design and local and federal codes. He also has extensive experience utilizing CADD software.

Bob brings over two decades of experience to RYJ, working on the design side of the construction industry. As a project coordinator he has experience with everything from plumbing design, development of drawings and specifications, working with owners, contractors and subcontractors, scheduling and agency coordination.

Brian comes to RYJ after 30 years with State of Delaware school districts. Brian has been instrumental in long range planning, certificates of necessities, referendum planning, design and construction of all school projects and managing the construction finances. Prior to his State of Delaware career, he was in residential construction with his family’s construction business.
